- For a substantial error that could meaningfully mislead a reader, we add a clear correction note in the article.
- If the original wording is supported, we may clarify it so readers can understand the evidence more easily.
Small edits and substantial corrections
Spelling, formatting and broken-link fixes may be made without a correction note. Material factual changes should be transparent and should not be hidden by silently changing the article’s claim.
